Terrible all around. The customer service was worse than sub par, they charged us for staying there even when we didn't stay. When we called multiple times asking about the overcharge, we were shoveled many different places and always got voice-mail. No one would give us a straight forward answer and we ended up being charged $200+ for a room we never stayed in. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The hotel rooms are fine, they are clean and good sized. The parking however is an absolute rip off. They Advertise that it's $18 a day, however if you park over night it's $25.00. Now when I booked it showed parking was included. So I now have the pleasure of spending an extra $125.00 on parking for my 5 days here! For $90 a night you would think parking would be included!
Nice rooms. Breakfast during Covid was prepackaged sausage biscuits—understandably safer but less appetizing.nnBut watch out for hidden parking fees. $50 for two nights. ud83dude15
Pretty nice place but a tad shopworn. Bed , though, was good and room clean. Service very good. Hot breakfast during Covid was revolting. Cold breakfast good. Coffee EXCELLENT.
So so room, won't be back here again
