I dealt with Mrs. Brown and she is a lovely lady. She was very patient, knowledgeable, friendly. I'm not sure what other people have encountered. But most times you get what you give. Keep that in mind people.

I'm just struggling to understand how I got a ticket in the mail when the vehicle listed on the ticket is not mine. I didn't even go downtown in May?? How do I even fight this?

I work on a construction site and I paid for my tickets even though they shouldn’t have given any and then 5 months later they send a letter in the mail Saying I haven’t paid them; also they got increased this is bs
