There is nothing honorable about Henry Guerard; a person unfit to be a judge and who denied me Due Process Of Law. In my recent case he defaulted on commitment to provide disability assistance and did not notify me. This is against The ADA and is primarily the reason I lost. He became angry with me for even bring up the commitment and it was evident at the outset that I had little chance of winning. He is as arrogant and prejudice as any person could be. He refused to allow me to make my case. He has refused to send me required documents and others that I have requested. Perhaps worse than losing was the fact that he shamed me in a public court for having a disability.
