I use their dry cleaning pick up and delivery service. It is so awesome! In my area, you just put out your drycleaning on a Monday or Thursday and they will bring it back the next Monday or Thursday. Life saver.
WORST DRY CLEANING EXPERIENCE! Lyerly's ruined my daughter's suede skirt, said they would pay for the skirt, and then jerked me around for six months, during which time I stopped in to the store at least a dozen times. When I finally received a check, it was for HALF the amount I had paid for the skirt. Bob Lloyd, the owner of Lyerly's, doesn't care in the least about his customers. I will never use Lyerly's again.
Just went to get my suit and tie. Tie is going back for round two because not only did they not get the stains out, they added several of their own. And I asked them when I went in if they could fix the button on my suit. They said they could but I would have to take it to a tailor if I wanted it to look like it originally did so I told them not to worry about. They decided to go ahead and fix it anyways.
Do not take your clothes here!! They quoted me prices for my pieces, yet when I arrived to pick them up, they overcharged what they told me by at least $25. Then when I got home, I realized that they had put holes into one of my shirts and did not tell me this before I paid. Definitely DO NOT choose lyerly's- I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience and will never go back!!!
There is a reason they have been around for so long.. Timely, friendly and professional. They can take care of just about anything.
