My son had several shirts, a couple suits, and ties that needed to be cleaned. He asked for one day service and was told it’s not a problem. He came later in the afternoon to get his clothes, and they were HORRIBLE! The cuffs of the shirts had some sort of chemical damage, and the ties were not cleaned. He spoke to the person at the counter about it and was told that he needednto speak to the manager who would be there the next morning.nnI went in the next morning, to speak with the manager, and she informed me that she was not the manager, but the person from the day before was. After a litany of lies and excuses, there was no resolve. We were told to come back and speak with the “manager.“nnMy son and I came back, a couple of hours later, and the “mysterious manager” wasn’t there. The woman from earlier told us that the manager wasn’t there and the owner was unwilling to speak with us. What a TERRIBLE experience this was. In all of the years that my husband, father-in-law, and I have patronized this cleaners, we’ve NEVER had anything like this happen.nnIF YOU VALUE YOUR CLOTHES AND EXPECT SUPERIOR SERVICE, DO NOT GO HERE!!!

This is a VERY unprofessional place of business. I’d like to say that we have used a variety of dry cleaning businesses and this is by far the worst service we have ever received. Not only were the cleanliness of my husband’s shirts and ties subpar, but the unprofessionalism when attempting to address and rectify the issue was ridiculous. We wanted to speak with the manager, rightfully so, and were redirected multiple times with NO resolution and sense of accountability. The clothes were in worse condition than when we dropped them off.. there is now a new, rust-like residual stain on his clothes. The quality of their 24-hour dry cleaning is similar to throwing your clothes in a broken washer machine/dryer at home.. so save your $90+. Not to mention, the staff were argumentative and rude with no regard to customer satisfaction.nnI DO NOT recommend this place of business.

I never experienced this level of unprofessionalism in my life! I took my son’s clothes in to be cleaned and his shirts and ties came out worse than when I took them in. When a manager was requested my wife and son were given the run around; when they asked to speak to the owner, they were told he would not speak with them. I was always told that your work should speak for you. If Kings Valet’s work speaks for them it screams, “WE DON’T VALUE OUR CUSTOMERS!”
