Very friendly. Staff was very helpful and attentive to the customers. Quick trip from our hotel. Not alot of parking but overall a great experience.
This is not good laundromat. I have been going to the place for 3 years and is has gotten worse. The staff has been rude on multiple occasions. I went in 2 hours before they closed I was warned to make sure I left on time.nnOne of the older female employees stood and watched me fold my laundry telling me to hurry up when they still has 30 mins to closing.nnAnother time the younger male employee told me an hour before closing that I need to hurry up warning me to not go past closing. I have never once in any of my years going here have stayed till closing. The guy then turned around and let tourist start 8 loads of laundry with 15 mins till closing. He went on to guarantee them they could wash and dry every load.nnIt is ridiculous to treat repeat customers this way. I appreciate that he helped to tourist, but it should right after the rude warnings he gave me.
Super dirty. Super rundown. Half or more of the machines are out of service. The old cafe is gone to make room for Poke King, and it looks gross, rundown, unorganized, and just dirty. College aged guy hanging out behind the food counter with no mask and have yet to see him wash hands or clean anything.nnDo yourself a favor, find another laundry spot, and dont even think of eating here.nnGood luck on parking, btw!
Good service and keep updating, best price in the downtown area, also have the pick up and delivery laundry service available.
Machines work well, on-site attendant/(owner?), spacious areas to sort, air conditioned, same day full service offered. Would definitely recommend washing your clothes here. Best laundromat in Charleston!
