I was very happy with my visit to Skatell's today. I had the pleasure of dealing with Lizzie and Alex today. They were bought very helpful,knowledgeable and pleasant. The manager was also very nice. I had spoke to Jason the late before and he was true to his word. My diamond earrings are sparkling. Would recommend them. Thank you.

I brought my engagement ring in for repair and had a fantastic experience. I have insurance, but the repair was minor and they handled it without requesting payment. When a bit of polish remained on a diamond after repair, they took care of the issue promptly and with amazing service. They will be my go-to repair shop moving forward!

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff! Sharon is very helpful and knowledgeable! Stunning jewelry. I had a stone transferred from one ring setting into another. It required a lot of work, and I was amazed at what a beautiful job the jeweler did. This is the only jeweler in town that my husband and I trust. I’d recommend Skatell’s to anyone.

Jason (the owner) was MORE than helpful. He took a negative situation that another local jeweler had created and made it right for us!nnWe had my engagement ring custom made at another jewelry store. With many opportunities given to the other store to make it right, we wound up with a ring that wasn’t perfect, it had multiple imperfections and the final straw was a diamond falling out of the band after only 2 weeks of wearing it.nnJason brought us in, never ONCE did he bad mouth his competition, he spoke factually about the ring, gave us realistic expectations, and he corrected the many issues my ring originally had! He was knowledgeable and realistic about how the ring should be and what to do to make it perfect. We picked up my ring today and not only did he correct the problems, he gave us the peace of mind that this ring will LAST for MANY years to come.nnSkatells staff blew us away. From their knowledge to their amazing customer service, they made the experience of working with them enjoyable and they CERTAINLY have made us lifetime customers. THANK YOU Jason!
