As we were beginning to feel discouraged with finding the right person to help with our taxes due to my wife and I being self employed we were introduced to Andrea and she changed the game for us! She caught us up on our taxes and helped us purchase our first home! She isnProfessional, patient, attentive, stern, consistent & has great customer service . She is definitely your go to person !

Let insurance lapse causing me to go into a forced escrow with my mortgage. Everything was paid on time. The bad thing about it is, after the fact no help was provided to get it straightened out. The new company I found insurance through is also $1000 cheaper. So no work was done on finding best rates either from this company. Was a customer for 4 years. Horrible service. Beware. You’ve been warned.

I went to her for 1st time to do my taxes. She completed ignore me and did what she wants. She use my previous taxes documents to fill out 2018tax. Then turnaround charge me$761.95 after I asked what cost for tax filing. She takes amount from my taxes, which I didn't approve. Then I find out my tax got reject because of 1st time buyer loan, which that means she have resubmitted with my signature. She done without my signature. This is lesson learned that never let people do your taxes if don't understand your taxes need. I drive a truck, so my taxes is different because of schedule C need for my taxes. Many people won't don't know full details of truck driver taxes. I never get her do my taxes again.
