Let me start off by expressing I understand that’s a SCHOOL. I’m completely aware that none of the students are supposed to advice, recommend, or “Get the ball rolling” on any procedures before speaking to an instructor.nThat’s didn’t happen with me. By the time the instructor finally showed up in the room the student had me scheduled for emergency surgery.nAccording to him I had to have half of my jaw removed from the left side because of a mass that looked cancerous. I’m not kidding.nIt needed to be done immediately that it looked really really bad according to the STUDENT.nThe instructor came in, requested a new set of pics be taken. He asked me to remove my earrings.nThe photo came back clean. The dangerous cancerous mass was my earring.nWOW

Great providers but I have been on hold 45+ minutes every time I call. I could not cancel my appointment online so I called to cancel several times. On hold for 50 minutes and unable to wait on the phone any longer. Unfortunately now I look like a no show, though I've tried hard to get in touch. I've worked in healthcare for 10 years and have to say it is strange to wait on the phone for nearly an hour every time I call, especially for something as simple as rescheduling an appointment. I would imagine your clinic's appointment no show rates could improve if people answered the phone and made it easier to reschedule.

This is by far the best place I've ever been to hands down. I'll definitely drive 3 hours just to be back again. I cant thank them enough for there services and gratitude towards me and getting me all fixed up.

Been trying to schedule surgery for over a year now...nI can honestly say that i have never had to deal with a medical facility of any sort that is so disorganized, inept and also completely unconcerned with the patients experience. I can't believe that this facility would still be in business were it not for the life-sustaining mainline of taxpayer funding funneled into USC/MUSC through a state legislature that is itself, rife with cronyism, nepotism and graft.nThe lack of data management, case management, professional courtesy and common sense should thoroughly alarm any patient who may be considering allowing the exposure of their body to the care of this ill-functioning, careless and self-important institution.nSouth Carolina needs to awaken to the realization that the mediocrity in medical services that we are subject to is of our own creation and will only be relieved when we stop paying homage to the university system that drains this state of funding and returns the bare minimum in services while filling the pockets of directors, administrators, board members and affiliate CEOs.nStop holding the hand that holds you down South Carolina.

While othernDental Clinics are Closed,nif you have a Dental Emergency Situation, the Dentist will call you back & if They agree True EMERGENCY Situation you'll be put on a schedule ASAP & Worked on! All Safety Procedures were Strictly Enforced & had the offending tooth extracted! PAIN was finally gone! Services are Paid for in Advance Before Anything ca be done. Check their Paymeny Proceduresnbefore you go. D.K. HHI, SC
