I just made my first car purchase on my own and Affordable Auto Sales made it so easy. They were so helpful every step of the way. They seriously went above and beyond to make sure I got in the perfect car that was exactly what I needed. I worked with Matt and he was so personable and awesome, it was a car shopping experience I would recommend to anyone!! My car was an amazing price but it came with million dollar service. Seriously would recommend Affordable Auto Sales to anyone looking to get in a great car at an awesome price.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. They obviously don’t care about the customers and are only looking to rip you off. The lady that “helped” us was careless and slow making us wait over 45 minutes just to test drive a car. When we were finally able to test drive the car, they didn’t even bother to brush the snow off the car beforehand, making us do it. Not only that, they lied online and made the car seem like it was in better shape than it actually was. Worst experience ever!!

This place is way over blue book. Like over 1000 dollars and they try to tell you its cause they had to make repairs. Please.... if you do decided to go here make sure you check everything to make sure it works. Open the hood and check it. Would highly suggest KSL Classifieds over this place. Trust me.

Extraordinary service! Amazing inventory! I bought a used Honda Accord from Affordable Auto a couple months ago, and I can honestly say- without any hesitation- that this was the BEST car-buying experience of my life. Period! I have always been wary about buying cars. During college, I tried selling cars for a few months, in Salt Lake City, for one of the largest auto groups in the country. I was dismayed by the dishonest, duplicitous, and underhanded way that they conducted business. They would lie, cheat, and add phantom charges to squeeze every nickel out of their customers. Affordable Auto Sales could not have been more different! My younger brother bought a car from them 12 years ago, and was very happy with his purchase. He recommended them to me. What some people unfortunately don't understand is that NO used car is perfect. The #1 reason people buy used cars is that they are cheaper than new cars! If you want a car with no problems, then go spend $40K on a new car, with a warranty. If you can't afford that, then buy a used car, and understand that it's likely to have an issue or two. Like *every* other business on the planet, car dealers offer consumers a product (a car), in exchange for a profit. Used car dealers are NOT non-profit organizations. They sell cars in order to make money, and then use part of that money to buy more cars to sell, and the other part to feed their families. That said, there are generally two types of used car dealers: Type 1- They go to car auctions, and buy a ton of inventory- regardless of the quality. They bring them back to their lots, and they'll have a mechanic make sure that the cars are safe to drive- but not much else. And then they'll mark the price up, and put a sign in the window. These dealers depend on volume. You might see a couple hundred cars on their lots. Type 2- These guys are far more selective. Unlike the first type, they might only buy a couple of cars a week. They look for cars with lower mileage, that are in better condition. They'll bring them back to the lot, and have a mechanic check it out- and fix any serious issues, and even smaller issues- without having to further raise the price of the car. These guys only have a couple dozen cars on their lots, and they rely on word-of-mouth, referrals from family, friends, and neighbors, and return customers. Affordable Auto Sales is DEFINITELY the latter type of business. So, what was my experience like? When I arrived at Affordable Auto, I was immediately greeted by Matt Wardle. I was immediately impressed by the fact that he knew each car, inside and out. I told him what I was looking for. He showed me two cars that fit my criteria, and let me test-drive each. After driving both, and spending a few minutes thinking about it, I decided that I wanted to discuss buying a blue V6 Honda Accord EX. We went into his office. I asked him about the history and condition of the car. And he was extremely honest with me. The only significant problem was that the steering pump was beginning to wear out. (He could have not said anything, and let me find out when it died- at which point, I would first have to have a diagnosis, before having it fixed- and he would have had 0% liability anyway.) He explained the situation, and said that he COULD have it fixed for me, but that would also mean raising the price. There were a couple other minor issues- like a chip in the windshield, a tiny scratch on the back bumper, and one of the dome lights was out. An hour later, I walked out the owner of a new (used, but new to me) Honda. It has been a couple months, and I LOVE my car! I cannot recommend Affordable Auto Sales enough! While talking with Matt, it was obvious that he wanted me to buy a car from him. That's how business works! But it was equally obvious that he wanted me to be *happy* with the car I bought, so that I would come back again. That is how *good* businesses stay in business.
