The bus I am currently on smells like a game daynporta Potty. And I just got left at what was a 15 minute eating spot. Like I had to have the convenience store call the bus driver to get him to come back. There are 12 people on the bus. This bus driver does not care, also the tires need to be balanced on this ride is not worth the money.
The guy that runs this station hung up on me and was extremely rude would not sell me a ticket. Not only that he blocked my phone number so I couldn't call back. All because he kept over talking to me when I was try to tell him I didn't want to go to Tennessee that I needed to find the closes station to summerset ky witch is london ky I believe. For 120 dollars...... Exstreamly rude and 100% unprofessional
The employees are very nasty disrespectful the place is never clean the bathrooms are nasty and they never answer their phone
They don't answer the phone very inconvenient!
