We bought a great van from there at a great price! There were a couple of things we wanted done before we bought it, they took care of it right away. They didn't have crazy fees like a couple other dealerships we went to. And the salesman was also very nice and informative. He took the time to answer all of our questions. I absolutely recommend this dealership and will definitely go back next time we are looking for a vehicle!
Best prices and customer service!
I bought a 2008 4Runner from Best Buy. I immediately drove it off the lot and every one of the dash censors went off. I called them and they said they would fix the issue. I took it in 5 different times for them to fix and all they did was clear the codes so it looked fixed and then I would drive a mile and all of them would come back on. I took it to their mechanic they were recommended and then I took it to their personal mechanic many times and they never gave me any answers. I now (as of a week ago) work at a car dealership myself and took it into the shop at my work because Best Buy was very shady about it all. Turns out my timing chain was on the verge of completely breaking which would’ve ruined my entire engine. I know after looking at my car 5 different times and for long periods of time each time, they would’ve noticed something this big. They just didn’t want to pay for it. Super unhappy with my service and would not recommend to anyone. I’m now $2000 more into my car because of them being completely dishonest and pretending to fix my car. If you look at other reviews some people actually had the same exact problem. I guess whoever inspects the cars doesn’t take the timing chain into account.
My husband just left Best Buy Auto in Bountiful having a horrible bait and switch situation. He was told a price on a vehicle. He then test drove it, paid for a mechanic to check it out and once he came back the price instantly was $9000 higher than originally quoted. Talk about a waste of 2 hours and money out of pocket for the mechanic. I have looked at comparable cars... same year and lower mileage for less than their original asking price. The $9000 increase was in no way in the ballpark of comparable vehicles. Such a disappointment. Don’t feel they were honest and forthright.
These guys are Amazing!!! I have seriously bought three vehicles from them. Yes they sale whole sale, so they can't guarantee every vehicle. This is the case with any dealer. Some people complain about the car not working after they buy it, but that's how buying used cars works. They're good people have taken care of me more than I could ever ask for. I refer my friends to them all the time. They are friendly and helpful they're honest.
