I visited this store 2 days in a row and was contemplating which pair of shoes I would be buying. My experience from both days were unpleasant. First starting with the lack of customer service. I’m under the impression that open ended questions to figure out what the customer is in need of should go further than “what you looking for today”.nBesides going into so much more to complain about I’ll leave you with this. The location could use more corporate attention along with in house or external professional training.nI expect better service for the amount of revenue this company earns from the community.
It was ok but they didn’t have much inventory to choose from.
Store employees were very helpful in assisting me with my purchase.
Great service.
Good place for athelic footwear in Aiken. Very convenient for shopping for the family and they have good prices.
