They had a way underpriced car. Insisted it was a "great car". Come to find out the suspension is totally messed up. The sway bar links have been replaced and then fallen out of alignment twice now for unknown reasons. Two auto mechanics don't know why it keeps doing this. Will have to take it back in again. It seems like they knew something was messed up and just priced it low to get rid of it fast.
I messaged multiple people on Facebook about cars and Glen with Rizer auto group was the most responsive and polite person and followed up with me quickly, without being pushy. They have a nice selection of cars available and I ended choosing a different car on the lot than I originally wanted. Friendly and helpful, honest atmosphere. He worked with me on getting the best car and price. The whole process was quick and painless and I'm extremely happy with my car and the whole experience. Adorable and quality cars. I would recommend and go back if I ever need a car. A+
Glen was awesome! He Helped me get the car I wanted and it was so easy and fast. He also helped me find the perfect insurance. I get to pick my car up on Tuesday after the service it and detail it from top to bottom. Great family business!! I highly recommend
Glen was very helpful and the process was quick. These are genuine people who will work the numbers to get you the help you need . It goes without saying that you should do a major check on your car because it's used. If you find issues dont be afraid to discuss these things . Glen is a very understanding and caring guy that will help. Overall I am very grateful for the riser auto group
