As a cash pay I can say this experience has been a $1800 nightmare and counting. I went in in extreme pain. I explained what had been going on for 6 months with my hip. $600 later and I have a beautiful MRI of my back still in agonizing pain and now surprise I need another MRI this one on the area that I said was hurting. No worries cause I got plenty of money to be taken random pictures.. Now I sit her 4 days later and low an behold I can’t get an injection in my hip because they can’t figure out how much to charge me!! I kid you not.. and people wonder why there healthcare is so expensive.. As far as listening to me I give 1⭐ufe0f as far as understanding my my limited funds 1⭐ufe0f As for helping me with my pain absolutely -5

During the last several year Dr. Holford has been my main Go-to guy for excellent care. He has guided me in keeping my mobility in spite of mother nature. I would like to especially acknowledge Christie Williams, his main nurse and coordinator. She is extremely efficient, replies almost instantaneously to my messages and is such a pleasure to work with. They are both super teammates!

As a local rehab professional who sees quite a few patients from this practice both surgical and no surgical, I HIGHLY recommend Dr Shannon and Dr Massie for ANY of your general ortho needs! Their patient outcomes are above any other orthos in the area. Dr Carter is also very good specifically with backs and necks. Most importantly, Massie and Shannon are quick to realize when something is out of their scope and refer to a specialist which, in my eyes, is the measure of a great doctor. They want what’s best for the patient even if that means they lose revenue.

I was treated with predigest and disrespect by the scheduler and also the Office Manager. These two women need to be replaced . They have no right to be in these positions. I was unfairly treated and my health and injuries were not address by the Dr. that I was referred to by the Hospital. These women did not follow the health guidelines but made their own personal decision to weather I received the medical treatment I needed. If you love your family don’t take them in this office where we are treated unfairly. I’m being treated by Champion Orthopedic where I was met with respect and caring staff . Not like discrimination and disrespect of the office manager and her staff @CMI orthopedics

I have not had a good experience so far. I have come a long way with this Doctor but things are slipping. Getting in contact with his nurse is getting harder and harder. I was told that using the portal was the best way to contact the nurse and that appears not to be true. Starting to think I should have done more research on the office and office staff. After making a post about the problem I have had, the response from friends and family was shocking. Out of all 40 posts I only heard one thing good. I hope his office staff and nurse gets things under control. On a side note I do not have a problem with the doctor it is mostly the staff. Don’t think it is just the staff at the main office. The imaging center has two ladies that are just straight up rude. Obviously this is all just my wonderful opinion.
