This place is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful without being overbearing. I was in and out of there in my new car, in a very short amount of time compared to any dealership I've been to. Trystan and Misty were wonderful to work with! They have a huge selection of cars for great prices. I will always recommend incredible auto sales.

We just barely left with a 2007 Lincoln MKX. We test drove it with my dad, who is a mechanic. We opted not to go on the freeway because it had no fuel in it. Everything was fine at the lower speeds. However, after we left with it, on the freeway, going 70-80 mph, it is misfiring. Hopefully it’s just some $18 plugs and it’ll be good but I’m pretty freaking annoyed right now— it was sold as is & cost almost $5K. These issues should be disclosed to buyers. Make sure you test the car on the freeway and take to a mechanic no matter what! My dad could have found the issue looking under the hood if he would have been able to get to it without tearing the whole thing apart. Everyone was nice & the car seems good- I just hope we didn’t just get screwed. I’ll update later. - - - - - Paid $800 to fix the issues with it misfiring. The brakes were also bad when I’m pretty sure we were told it had new brakes.

Great respectable salesman, not pushy at all! They helped me and my friend out. I think this is the same business as Spectrum Auto Sales (Not sure why 2 names on google). Helped my buddy buy a 2004 Lexus RX300 almost a year ago now, it was brought from nevada with around 110k miles, it now has about 130k with absolutely no problems. Very satisfied and a decent price!

Incredible customer service! Our boundaries were respected and nobody tried to force anything onto us. Their online inventory is up-to-date and easy to navigate. You can browse through cars at your own pace without anyone brething down your neck. This is a great wholesale, used car/ding and dent dealer. Incredible deals. Indeed they are Incredible Auto Sales!

Sold us a car that needed an engine replacement a week later. The auto shop told us the engine codes had been cleared to make it appear in good condition, so the dealership clearly knew what they were selling us. I was not sad when we traded that car in at a better dealership.
