the attendance for miserably dance making me suffer I wasn't there within an hour and they were already sitting there literally following me up and down the hallway like that I was up to no good it was a very miserable State and I'll never stay here again
If I could give no stars I would. I checked in a paid for a week. The lady at the desk was very nice. I went to the room and opened the door and came right back out to tell them I wanted a refund. The bed looked broken in the middle. The furniture was old, dirty,and some of it broken. The room smelled awful. Quite frankly I don't think I could have stayed in that room and shut the door without having a panic attack. I ended up getting charged $70 for my 5 min stay and it took about a week to get the rest of the money I paid back. I have had it with red roof inn.
A third party booking site booked me for a room that wasn't available. I wanted to be upset but I couldn't because of Chatabia the associate on duty. She was very nice and explained everything to me. She gave me another great room. She was kind and concerned about my satisfaction.
The room was clean everything worked as it should and reasonably priced.now only the older people from Augusta would understand this statement from an old Jonny's commercial. It's good for the money lol.
Room wasn't cleaned very well floor was dirty,, the room smelled musty, the mattress was worn down everyone rolled to the center of the bed!
