I been staying here on and off for 3 years now and I got to say the breakfast attendant has the best food here. I really enjoy her food. Nancy is so sweet and I live the warm smiles she gives. Everyone here make it a pleasant place to stay. When I come back in 3 months I hope Nancy will still be there. Thank you Rachael also and joya for a great stay
My stay was great just a little disappointed with the housekeeper could had cleaned the room better than what they do. Had dust and food on the rug. Love love love the breakfast. Nancy is her name and she was super sweet breakfast was so good and I'm going to miss her breakfast. She did a ham casserole and omg that was a winner. Wish I could take her with me at other hotels so she can fix my breakfast I'm going to miss that but I will be back at this hotel and hopefully she will be there to
Check in was quick and efficient. Room was cozy and clean. I loved the pillows, if only I could buy one :) Rachael and her team put on a reception Tuesday night with beer/wine & apps. I will book when I stay in the Augusta area

Stayed there October 8, 2017 after driving from Charleston, sc to Augusta, Ga to see Kevin Hart live. A birthday gift I had gotten for my husband who is a fan. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was nice. We stayed in room 102.
