Other than the having issues with room keys, I would rate 5 stars. Always a pleasant stay.

Was informed that the reason for the metal gate on the front desk was due to an armed robbery. Room is outdated, dirt on the floor, carpet is filthy, furniture is tore up. Pantry is filthy.Do better and I will not select this place

This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in while traveling for business.nVisually, it is warm and feels like a homelike experience. The bedding is soft and comfortable as is the mattress and the rooms have so many amenities. All rooms are stocked with kitchen plates, glasses, flatware, food storage containers, paper towels and dish soap.nThere is also a full sized refrigerator, dual burner stove and a dishwasher.nI stay in these hotels every opportunity I have.

This hotel is an amazing place to stay, the staff is excellent and very helpful.nnIf I had a complaint its about the parking lot, generally kept clean and neat, problem is individuals who either cannot understand a handicapped sticker or why the symbol is painted in blue seem to think its for them and not those who are legally allowed to park there. If people are overly noisy, or outrageous they are removed immediately, if other illegal activity goes on inside the hotel then they have police here in a flash to take care of it to protect the guest. But let the illegal activity such as this parking issue they do not want to take care of it and give the people a warning and make them move their car or have it towed. Its especially irritating when you see someone who needs a handicapped parking and non are available because of in-considerate individuals or people who just don't care.

Like it very much it has dishwasher and some eating utensils microwave and a full size refrigerator
