This place is a customer service dream come true! The owners are awesome and cheery even at 2am in the morning! I check in when I'm in town for work. This is my little home away from home. Being a celebrity Stylist, I travel a lot and have seen some of the best hotels. This place reminds me of those cozy little hotels in NY. I will always stay at this place when I'm in town.
I have a brother that’s homeless in the area. He has no ID (again homeless) and they would not allow him to stay.. despite paying for a room for him. Very annoyed that understanding the circumstances, they could have cared less. Had to waste my lunch hour calling my choice points program since they don’t allow same day cancellation.
Complete disaster off hotel is the first thing I would like to write for review. Booked on price list was charged to my card today at 5:57 PM which owners attempted to RIP me off saying I had not been charged, and would have to make additional payment after showing my the charge to my acct. Only time I was taken seriously was when I informed of the review that I would draft shortly smh...
This hotel is one of the best I've seen... Great hospitality, room was clean and quiet. Best sleep ever and I'm sure I will be back ud83dudcaf
Never use a non major debit card ... I love staying here but it’s hard to get a refund for deposit back on your credit/debit card if It’s not a major one.
