Royal Inn

The motel has come along way with remodeling and cleaning it up.nThe rooms are big and have plenty of room.nThe ice machine does not work .nThey are descent with the price, since the rooms are redone.nWhat is really bugging the heck out of me is the man who works behind the desk and helps to clean the rooms.nHe has zero personality.nHe is hateful when he beats on the door at 10 am to announce check out.nHe beats more than 1 x , and it's not just a taptap tap , he beats on it like he is chasing criminals to come out.nHe never smiles, and he is so aggravated by his job that staying there with all the good stuff they got going on now ,he makes it not Worth while.nDoesn't matter, if your polite and ask sweetly on the phone for your towels to be brought back after being picked up that morning but never brought back, u finally end up with one towel that he wants to investigate the next morning by beating on your door and demanding towels and you checking out but he is standing in the door looking overbearing and telling u towels, when u say this is all I have, it's all u gave back he proceeds to look around the room like you didn't just pay 100.00 dollars for the past two nights and no room service, no towels, no toilet paper, just his anger, that you only have one towel, ( which u had to ask for when u gave the towels and washcloths the day before but he only alots one the evening, after u explain 5 times and are transferred to someone else who still has no idea that all u need is your towels.)nAnyway, his buisness manner leaves a dry taste and makes u regret having given 2 nights of money for a stay that he made unpleasant by rude beating on your door, standing in your door like a warden while your trying to get out the door to leave.nHis whole attitude is not pleasant and no matter how many times you say ( I will not respond to his nasty attitude,) you find your self failing and slamming the door in his face just so u can get the heck out if his motel.nOther than his being an unreasonable manager, it wasn't too bad.

Extremely great customer service. Their service was fast and hardworking. Everything was done, took its time and was able to drive the extra miles for my home.Thank you Royal Inn Company.

Always very clean and the owners are very sweet ...Best place to stay...and for the price...u cant beat it !!

Its a nice place to stay for the most part it's cleaned up a lot over theas couple of years! The house keeper/Maintence man is the best works hard and deserves a raise!

Very friendly staff.nMaintenance man is great and enjoyed my stay.nRecommend to anyone, especially during masters week.
