We have to go to Augusta for my 7yr old grandson's doctor visits. These beautiful people on the weekend shift are hands down the best, the nicest, the sweetest. They make you feel like family. We have stayed at more expensive hotels but none touch this place. It is AMAZING!!!
Probably the best rest I've gotten at a hotel. They have a large parking lot next to the hotel for truck drivers. The staff a extremely friendly and helpful when asking for recommendations on where to get something to eat.
Room was clean. They have a truck parking area for big trucks. There are several places close by within walking distance if you are driving a big truck and unable to go somewhere to get food. When I got there they said they only have Suites left. The suite was no different than the other normal room I stayed in at a Holiday Inn Express in a different town. Except this one was about three times as much money. If I hadn't been having to stay there for company reasons and company paying for the room I would have went somewhere else because of the price. They are serving hot breakfast every day of the week now. Which was nice. I'll probably stay here again if I come to the area and need a room. I'll just have to hope that there are other rooms beside suites available.
Very clean and inviting atmosphere. The staff was friendly, polite, and everything I've come to expect from Holiday Express. Great place for the weary business traveler to rest and recharge.
Very comfortable stay on our long trip across the country. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The bed was so nice. The room was dark and quiet. Everything was clean. Highly recommend.
