We went into our room bugs on the floor and there was old coffee in the coffee pot that had mold on it. Then we moved into a new room and the wallpaper was pulling off and it had a weird smell would not stay again
I went to ask for a partial refund or a free night and the young man that works the front desk with a hat on that never answers the phone properly told me since I already got the room at a discount rate he couldn't give me a partial or free room.....its been 12 hours without a tv and the tv guy and the front door man just keeps saying the same exact thing 10 MINS 10 MINS....but were the only ones with a tv in the ENTIRE HOTEL though.
No breakfast that's about it. Looks a little shabby on the inside smelled a little in the hallways but for what I booked it for. It was good. No bed bugs that was my main concern. I would definitely book again
Price is reasonable the 2nd floor is the 3 star bottom floor is the 4 star I've stayed before the remodeled it and it has come a long way
The WIFI SUCKS. They deactive your room key everyday. For the price it's not worth it
