After decades with Allstate I left because Tom Young kept raising price by saying everyone's rates were going up. Not true, no one there would take the time to investigate and explain their skyrocketing rates they charged me. I did my own research, discovered the reason, fixed the problem over a few months, and found insurance with State Farm for hundreds less. I'll NEVER return to Tom Young or Allstate. Terrible, costly service.
