We had to find a dentist last minute after having a horrible experience with a pediatric dentist in North Augusta and I have to say I am absolutely so happy with the fact that we ended up here, it was a blessing in disguise!nnWe’ve been twice now and I’ve been so impressed with Dr. Christy and the very friendly staff. My 6 year old is the one who has been receiving the dental work and after her appointments she won’t stop talking about how much she loves her new dentist.nnFacility is nice and clean, our appointments have been quick and efficient and again, the dentist and staff are so friendly.nnHighly recommend!
I’ve been seeing Lisa and her staff for year and half now! I can’t rave enough about the care I’ve received from them! Lisa has taken great care of me and my family! Her attention and genuine care helped pinpoint a serious condition with my niece that others had dismissed! Love this group!!
I don't cant understand what type of staffing she hires I was told I did not pick up a prescription that I have the bottle.intead of asking they insisted that I did not pick it up had they asked I would have given them proof. I believe that this is a money grab office and they are hurting for money....you will pay what they ask for up front but code out more procedures that you can not dispute....they did an AC1. Blood tests and they cant tell me how much it will be. I had gotten a bill for $ 577.00 and I paid 93 + dollars each visit.... come on Twin Willow this is unethical billing. I try to be very integral when it comes to who I decide to be my care taker. I think I am not the only patient that they have swindled and want be the last. That goes for patients and worker'snThe new staff I have no sympathy for because your are next mark my words.
Very friendly & great with children.
Great staff. Explained the billing procedure up front on how my insurance and copays worked. Dentist is great very soft touch not rough. Medical is great even though I hadent been to a doc in years. Definitely is my provider of choice.
