Called and got an appointment the same day (a Tuesday). Very helpful and courteous people look forward to next visitnnOn my second visit approximately a month later I arrived and was escorted to the exam room and my appointment was handled as always professional and timely. Cannot say enough good stuff about Dr Hughes and the staff.
They were amazing! Felt like I was welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. Explained everything before they did anything. Made sure I understood and was okay before proceeding. Will definitely go back and keep telling people about them.
I was really surprised and a little frustrated that when I made a cleaning appointment as a first time patient I wasn’t told that I would need to schedule two appointments in order to actually get the cleaning done. (first one is just a consultation)nnThe dentist put a desensitizing paste on a sensitive tooth to help with a sensitivity to hot and cold, but it wore off very quickly. I’ve had this done before and it lasted me for years, but this didn’t even last a month.nnThen when I came for the second appointment for the actual cleaning, the dental hygienist had a very poor attitude and didn’t talk to me the almost the entire appointment. I believe her name was Jamie. The cleaning took about 20 minutes and was the worst cleaning I’ve ever had done. I have permanent retainers after getting braces several years ago and she didn’t even clean around them.nnI would not recommend this place to anyone, and I have already told people not to go. I won’t be back again.nnI will say that the staff that I interacted with at my first appointment were very kind and friendly. I’m giving it two stars only because of that. I don’t know what happened at the second appointment, but it was very different
I'm not one for going to any doctor or dentist, but it's necessary. The team here is actually amazing. The dentist is brief, but friendly. The rock star though? That would be Mary Beth. She's their diamond and made my experience extraordinary, and I actually look forward to the follow up. She did an amazing job cleaning, great personality. The technician who did my x-rays was fabulous as well, with making the experience easy and comfortable. I would definitely bring all my friends here.
They are wonderful from the time you walk in till the time you leave! Everyone was so pleasant and caring. Dr.David, Mary Beth and Kristy were all very knowledgeable and thorough. Also when checking out I received a treatment plan which I loved because I personally like a breakdown of pricing and how much money I’ll be spending. 10/10 recommend
