We rented an RV from Access RV and Spencer in their rental department went above and beyond to get us all set up, including even driving us to help drop off our car rental at the airport. He went well out of his way to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. We would recommend using Access RV anytime you are in the Salt Lake City area. We will definitely be using them again!
Access RV is a wonderful company with excellent customer service . We have a situation whereby we will not be able to do a planned RV trip in September and the company has gone out of their way to accommodate us . Blamed me for something being broken that wasn't even broken when we used it. Because I didn't take pictures of every part of the trailer and can't prove it was broken, I have to pay for it. Be careful when renting from them. They will get you anyway they can.
A thoroughly professional company and highly recommended by us.
I had an urgent need during the busiest time of the year, July 4th week. Craig fit me into an already packed schedule to do some wiring. Brian, the tech, did a nice job and went the extra mile. Awesome customer service by both.
