I bought my Mazda in August this year. I decided to leave a review now because they are so good about calling you back and following up with you. My sales person Dina was so wonderful about explaining everything to me. I had a question and txt her and she was so helpful about it. Even now if I need something Dina and the Bountiful team helps me. Love my car, love Dina and the Bountiful Mazda Dealership ♥️♥️♥️

We recently shopped for cars at Bountiful Mazda. The cars are top notch and the staff very friendly. Our sales person was Dina and she was by far the best car sales person we have ever encountered. She was attentive knowledgeable, and listened to our needs. I would say she went above and beyond and gave a new meaning to the word car salesman (person) Thank you Dina, if we are ever in the market again-we won’t go any where else.

I recently took my vehicle here for service and came away far more impressed than expected. The facility feels high-end. The staff was professional, prompt and courteous. The prices were actually lower than I'd expected heading into a dealership for the first time. And I was in and out within maybe 45 minutes. MOST IMPORTANTLY: Part of my maintenance involved replacing my shoddy wiper blades. No big deal--just a little thing to tend to while changing the oil, etc... After getting home, I received a call from the dealership informing me that they had forgotten to install them. Mildly frustrating, since I'm ~20 miles south of the dealership and it was in the middle of a workday, but not the end of the world. I expected a professional apology and a "stop by to get them anytime." Instead, he (I believe it was Michael) informed me that he had already dispatched a guy to DRIVE 20 MILES TO MY HOME AND INSTALL THE WIPER BLADES IN MY DRIVEWAY. I mean...come ON. It almost annoys me how clearly they earned this review. Thanks a lot for the incredible (and incredibly rare) level of service. I was "content" with my visit, but it ironically took a (very minor) mistake for my opinion to be upgraded to "impressed." Much appreciated.

I went in and had a good experience (for a car dealership) it was great if it wasn't for the fact that they told me it would take 30 min to get the paperwork done and 2hrs later I was barely walking out the door. I would have loved it. Its just the little things.

We love bountiful Mazda! We lease a car there every few years and they take such good care of us. The service department is also amazing! Scott is the best. I highly recommend getting a car from here.
