This shop was fantastic. Josh was great. We were from out of town and had transmission failure in our RV. He was very accommodating to us, even allowing us to plug in our RV to run the AC and spend the night while we made arrangements to get home.
Josh kept us posted on how things were going and when the work would be finished. They also found a few other issues while the RV was on the lift and called to make me aware of those, So I had those repairs done as well.
Since we were from Seattle Josh also worked with us on letting the RV sit on the lot until we were able to fly in and pick it up.
Everything has been great since we picked it up, putting 5 thousand miles on it taking the long way home!
Great people and great work. Also knowing it came with a warranty makes me glad I had done at Ford.
All in all a VERY positive experience. Making a bad situation as good as it could have been given the dilemma we were in 2,000 miles from home!
I would highly recommend this shop for any repair work you might need.

My husband and I came in to trade my 2012 Ford Focus to something more updated. We had seen a 2015 Ford Escape on their website and thought it would be something we would like. From start to finish Royce was amazing. He communicated well with us before our appointment and all through it. He took the time to walk us around the Escape to point out all its features before we test drove it. During the test drive he was very friendly and outgoing and didn't make us feel pressured at all. He was very knowledgeable about all the features of the Escape and answered all of our questions. Pete who was over the finance part of things was awesome despite their internet being down. He just packed everything up and moved us to their partner dealership in Bountiful. Just like Royce he was friendly and outgoing and answered all of our questions. He worked hard to find us the best deal for the trade in of our other car and the loan for the Escape. He got our payments lower than we thought it would be at and a great interest rate. I would recommend Royce, Pete and Performance Truckland to anyone. It was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car. Thank you so much!
I was less than impressed. This was for an insurance claim so I can't blame Performance Ford solely . They put a USED instrument cluster in my dash and never reset the mileage to what it was before. They got paid to replace the floor mats and never did. They overlooked a part of my exhaust that was missing entirely and still is. Finally, it took an eternity to get my truck back (over a month). Make your own assessment, I won't be back.
Seth in the parts department was great. He kept me informed on the status of my RV and was always professional even over the phone. In person I'm sure it's even better. I haven't seen the quality of work yet, but when I do I'll follow up on feedback. Thank you to everyone involved in getting it repaired.
