100% a 5 star experience. from calling to check vacancy to check out, they made the entire experience amazing. got screwed with a previously set reservation at another hotel(didn't pay anything thankfully). Even being shorthanded, the staff maintained an excellent level of standards. breakfast, although relatively simple was above and beyond, although there was no DIY waffles, there was a pancake machine which was cool, along with biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs for hot foods. HIGHLY RECOMMEND REGARDLESS OF SITUATION.
Nice, spacious room. King size bed with super comfy pillows! Pretty friendly, and Dottie loved it! Extremely kind staff. Indoor pool and hot tub were very nice and well taken care of. Very tasty free continental breakfast and noon check out. Free toothbrush and toothpaste if you forget them! This will be our place to go from now on when we stay in Tulsa!
Im giving 5 stars because this was a great stay. The staff doesn't bother you at all. The room was very clean and stocked. The pool and hot tub both worked great. They have a complimentary HOT breakfast everyday and check out is at 12 not 11. Thanks for a relaxing week of being snowed in.
Great service. Excellent indoor pool and spa. Friendly front desk staff. A marvelous general manager. Rooms were great condition. Not to much noise on the north end. Security patrols hourly. Gave me a extra peace of mind about some minor things that were left in my car. Would and will stay any chance I get.
The room was nice but the man working the front desk has done nothing but yell at my mother n law and be down right rude. I can't find a manger to speak to so I can make a complaint. From everything I have witnessed he's like that to everyone so why is he aloud to work the front desk when he has to interact with people?
