People in kitchen area don't know what they are doing and very slow. Bad service. Ask about a certain sandwich. Lady tells me it will be awhile they are behind. With only two people in line. They messed up the lady's order already. That was in front of me. Poor customer service. Dont deserve any stars. Rather go to batman's across the street. Fast service and hot food!v
Thank you Paul O for assisting a customer from far far away. This gentleman was so very helpful and he was kind to add. I literally came here because the geriatric lady @ Dollar General wasn't pleasant ud83dude12 . This situation shows that not everyone judges you because of your skin color. For those that do I feel sorry for you and yet I still have love for you, but will show you that Love always wins ❤ ud83eudd0d ud83dudc99!!!
They are now saying that in order to get our change back that we either have to put it on a gift card or donate it!?!? And we can only use the gift card there at their store...that seems unprofessional and I won't ever spend another penny here! I'll go across the street to another store rather than be robbed by a known company! I asked them how can you do that to people and they had no response they just kept saying well put it on a gift card! Pssh! I'll pass on going here anymore.
So getting aggravated over the employees helping the people they see cut in line before the ones who have been waiting. About to shop elsewhere.
I have been a regular customer here for quite some time. Today on Sunday 7-28-19 I noticed the men's restroom was poorly maintained. Floors,Wall's,Handrails, Urinals, Commodes,Sinks,Soap Dispensers and waste receptical's all needed maintenance. It seems to me that a recent change in management at this location may be the issue. It just is not being kept clean and maintained as before...Uggggh.ud83dude11ud83dude10☹
