I visited this clinic this morning.nA new patient, I had an appt with Dr. Milner.nShe is located in the lower level of 1919 Wheeling.nThe area was obviously under construction, but the work didn't look recent and there were no workers to be seen. Plaster parts were all over the carpet, the carpet was torn in places and filthy. It stunk horribly. The waiting area is dark, dank, moldy with old dingy furnishings that looked like they were rescued from an old long-ago abandoned hospital. I had a 9:30 appt, arrived at 9:15, was horrified at the environment but got checked in anyway. At 9:45, I told the receptionist I couldn't wait any longer. She assured me it would be any minute. 10 minutes later, at the verge of having a panic attack - one of the reasons I went to see this dr. in the first place, I fled. This was one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had at a physician's office. This facility is akin to a back-alley clinic for unlicensed veterinary work, and I highly advise that if you are seeking a new dr. that you look elsewhere.
