I've been to a lot of medical facilities in my life. There is something special about this place. The staff appears to have been highly trained in the art of making people feel comfortable and welcome. It was almost surreal. Victoria, the 2nd floor receptionist, is the real gem. Just wait until you meet her. You will leave with a smile, I promise.

Dr.cook is professional and friendly. I had several issues and feel he can get me back to normalcy. They are empathetic and have male nurses by request. I love that. Men suffer in silence due to having to discuss embarrassing issues with women, and having to expose urself during procedures. I'm so happy I found this ac.

This facility staff is horrible. My son has been in pain since 10/2. We finally got in on 10/22 and dr said he needed a cat scan. Waited a week for them to contact us to schedule, only for us to have to call daily for them to tell us a week later the cat scan was denied by insurance. Called insurance and they said it wasn’t denied they just needed additional information from the office! They simply Do Not Care! Nurses don’t call back, reception can’t do anything except notify nurse and seem put out that we are calling AGAIN, all the while a person just has to suffer in pain. Drs may be qualified but the staff and nurses are horrible. Whoever runs this place needs to understand this is not quality service and no one seems to care. I hope these reviews are taken seriously and truly reviewed. Worst experience. I would like to leave a negative rating.

I was scheduled for urodynamic testing 3/4/2021 @ 7:45 AM.You have to have a full bladder & you have to hold it until they’re ready because you have to urinate in a special toilet for them to collect for unknown reasons. As the patient you assume that they are going to be ready for you as you have to have that full bladder. You are provided instructions that instruct you to also take antibiotics called in for you a day prior to your appointment that were not done for me but I kept the appointment anyways as I recalled that after hours, my bad. But I knew I would get antibiotics afterwards so I did not fret about it. I arrived for my appointment at 7:35 & informed the front desk that I needed to use the restroom even though I was early hoping that they were ready & they weren’t. The front desk clerk advised me that if I needed to use the restroom I could but my appointment would last longer than the 1 1/2 that the appointment was going to take. I did not want to be in that office longer than 1 1/2 hr. So I held it, crossed my legs, rocked myself in misery & cried. I held my head over my lap so nobody else in the lobby would see me cry. I couldn’t hold it or my disdain for for the lack of empathy & pathetic excuse so I left. Can’t find a good urologist office anywhere ud83dude33

Dr. Cook is an excellent doctor. During my consultation he spent plenty of time to answer my questions and to explain the procedure to me. During my procedure he was conversational and professional; he did a thorough job and kept me updated on what was happening. He explained after care and told me what to expect. I felt completely at ease during the entire experience. I highly recommend him.
