The staff here is so wonderful! Everyone tried their best to help with any situation. Dr. Patel has some great nurse practitioners that really care about their patients. I also love that they have provided COVID testing during this stressful time. It’s made me feel better during pregnancy and for family to be able to visit with precautions. LOVE THIS PLACE!

This is review for Dr Patel’s Nurse Practitioner, RubyThomas. Ruby is so personable and kind. My husband and I visited with her at our last clinic visit. She is very knowledgeable and up to date on new medical information. She readily understands and responds to our questions or requests. We are always happy to see her when we rotate to her schedule. Although, my husband and I both feel the same about the other 2 Nurse Practitioners we see at the clinic. We both rely heavily on the oversight and care we receive from Dr Patel.

815AM Appt, got right in. Quick, efficient, and friendly. Never had a bad experience since i moved here in 2018. Would definitely recommend this practice.

The front office is very rude. The actual drs and nurses are great but the front office staff treat you like you are beneath them. Also if it's not your appointment day and time to be seen GOOD LUCK on getting a voice of a person. Dr. Amen is the best!!

I try and do what they ask me to get my script refilled in a timely process and it never fails that I’m left hanging. And they push me to the next day... I was told that a script would be put in and I asked to confirm and the guy just straight lied to me... I’m looking some place else for my primary care provider
