Parking is easy if you know what building you need, finding which entry you need to go in can be convoluted. Initial staff experience is distant and formal at the desk, patient check in was better. Medical professional was a tech and very accommodating and efficient. Directives were aloof but the process was relatively smooth.

I have been with Dr. Howard for 20 years. He is always kind and listens to me. Very knowledgeable. Staff has always been great and his P.A. and Nurse practitioner have been great also.

I had a similar experience to Devin and Melissa posted above. Office staff is great, but that is it. Went in for clogged ear and hearing loss. The nurse practitioner basically said I have to endure this for 3 months and continue to use Flonase...I am nursing my infant...and while I know my options are limited, they are not THAT limited. I came here bc the urgent care did not do anything to help and my ear has been clogged for 2 weeks! Very disappointed in the lack of understanding of my pain, desire for relief and lack of real solutions. I called back today to request better, more immediate treatment and after being passed around, the nurse practitioner finally called me back after 5 when I stepped away from my phone for a second. My luck. Now I am stuck another night with my ear issues. Never go here! Waste of time and money!

Did not see any medical personnel. The individual at the window explained explicitly that I missed my appt. And it clearly was my fault, even though I immediately looked at my phone and it indicated I was 7 minutes early. Waited 30 minutes and then handed the paperwork I had completed, and asked for someone to call when I could reschedule. She replied, we probably won't do that. I said that's your choice!nnI sent my contact info as requested by the FORM response...not surprised that I had no response from bonnie....joke review process

Mixed experience here, the women's clinic office staff were very nice & friendly. However, the positive experiences stopped there. The DR was flat, acted bored but was educative. I was told to go downstairs & schedule a routine test, however the staff I was told to book it with rudely told me they don't book tests, that the DR knew this & gave me a # to call to schedule instead. I called the # & after waiting 10 minutes on hold, I was informed that the test could only be booked after the DR sent in a referral. At that point I contacted the DR's office & requested that the test referral be sent to a different hospital, closer to home. Now I've received a bill for this office visit, from an insurance provider I DO NOT have a policy with, so it appears my client information was sent to an unauthorized agency. In trying to resolve the situation, make sure that the correct insurance is billed so payment can be made for these services, I was informed that they can not locate an account for me. Thus far the billing people have all been polite & appear to be doing their best to help, but do not know what to do. All in all, I personally would not recommend this clinic & will not be returning.
