2/10/2021 I received a timely check in. Dr Knox was superb. Very thorough cleaning by LaDonna. She was very professional and virtually painless.nI highly recommend this doctor and his staff.nnDr Knox, Tiara and Lauren were not there. 7/21/2020 Friendly. I got a t-shirt for my first visit that is so graphical pretty and of great quality. Got a water bottle this time. Was late going back and spent 2 hours to get my teeth cleaned. Make sure they contact your insurance provider before you go.
They really looked after me. This is after they worked me in on no notice. Worked it in that I could have the laughing gas , since I had a fairly large bill. My mouth looks better already just having the broken teeth extracted. And no more abscess or tooth pain. Paves the way to get new teeth well
Horrible experience!! I made the appointment late in the day not thinking anything of it because you all have so many locations I didn’t think it would be a problem. When I was called back to the room they took x rays and then then rushed me to the room.nSitting in the chair the accountant lady tells me how much pulling my tooth would be without even seeing the dentist. I was shocked!! There was no explanation from the dentist on why they think it should be pulled or any other options. They asked if I would want it done today and I said okay. Big mistake! They numbed my mouth and I sat there for almost 45 min. Then the dentist rushed in and WHILEnHe was pulling my back tooth he said you may Hear so me cracking noise. No warning before the procedure!! After the tooth was pulled the tech quickly put my chair up and I felt woozy and ended up passing out!!!nI came to a moment later and of course they blamed it on not eating before I came in.nAnd then they rushed me out of the room!!! They did not go over aftercare or anything!!!nI could not believe how rushed I felt!!nI am changing dentist because I am amazed how the care they gave me was horrible and I will tell everyone else about my rushed experience also
In, out, and on with life! I even got a free t-shirt on my first visit!! Very organized, SUPER clean, runs like a Swiss watch. Open saturdays too. Cheaper than other dentists. Couldn’t ask for more ud83euddb7 ❤ufe0f
Dental Depot is so gentle, that they almost put me to sleep during my every 6-month teeth cleanings! Awesome people, love my dentist and crew, and they even have LIVE TRAINS circling on a track overhead - so fun!! And always on time. Dr. Knox is wonderful and young, so I plan on having the same dentist for at least the next 20 years!!
