I had a couple issues with my CTS and not only did Don Thornton Cadillac repair it correctly on the first visit they didn't want to let me take it until it was completely repaired as it did have an issue that I would definitely say was a safety concern. They didn't leave me stranded either as they provided a loaner vehicle to use while waiting on parts for the repairs.
