Customer service was amazing! Opening a checking account was fast and easy.

We are Latinos, and in this branch the staff is racist. My husband went to this branch to change a check in his name. And the lady who took care of him, who did not want to change the check claiming he did not have funds. Then we went to another branch and we had no problems

Don't. They make everything more difficult than it is.

Very fast once I got back. Only one loan officer available.

I have 3 bank accounts and this bank is by far the worse. I deposited a check with them and it has cleared through the other bank but they won't make the funds available for 14 days. the customer service is terrible. i get a different answer from everyone i Talk to. this bank is by far the worse bank I've ever dealt with.
