Erin was a fantastic sales person. So helpful as she knew I was purchasing from out of state. Even picked me up from airport. Everything was as we discussed and I was on the road in an hour. Had an amazing experience with Murdock Chevrolet! Traded in my old Chevy pickup for one of their awesome selection of new ones. I worked with Erin and she’s was absolutely AMAZING! She communicated very well with me from the start and made the whole process the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I would highly recommend Murdock Chevy! Alicia was absolutely fantastic. I have had the literal best car buying experience ever. Extremely satisfied with the entire process. I’m sure all sales representatives here are nice, but would highly recommend Alicia. She walks you through the entire process, knowledgeable about the vehicles and is the opposite of what some may imagine a stereotypical salesperson.
A whirlwind, but somewhat copacetic experience.
I had been dealing with major issues with another Dodge location and had gotten a quote to get my sunroof window fixed. The “other” location said they needed my truck at least 2 days AND that is was going to cost at least $1500-$2000 because of the man hours needed to do the repair. I then called the Bountiful location and Richard answered.. I told him Wagstaff I needed done he said.. “no problem.. we can take care of that.. I just need your truck for half a day.” I took it in.. and all I can say is that Richard and his team were AMAZING! They got it done in half a day and for a little over $500!! Very polite, courteous and knew what he was doing. I will always bring my business to this location.. I will NEVER go back to the Layton location where I am convinced those working there are inconsiderate and do t know what the hell there doing. Save yourself some time and heartburn and go see Richard... thank you SO much for an amazing experience! 🙌🏼👊🏼
