1. NOT DISABILITY FRIENDLY. They DO NOT and will not accommodate disabled people. Do not go here if you are. I started my very first conversation with them by explaining what I needed help with. They just blew it off. They only cared about the sale. 2. They are NOT honest and will lie relentlessly to you. They don’t collaborate on their stories and therefore, they refute each other. 3. They will NOT get your credit application correct. 4. They will make fun of and mock you if you’re disabled. Ivan did this. I was crying and begging him to stop. 5. The only way you can reach someone on the phone, is to make up a fake name. They will NOT call you back. Their customer service is the WORST. 6. They are abusive. Regardless of the fact that I told them I was a vulnerable disabled person. 7. THE WORST experience of my life. I’m going to speak to my attorney today, and see if he can resolve my problem. BUYER BEWARE.

Great service experience at Bountiful Toyota! Andrew was service advisor & don’t remember mechanic’s name, but I was very pleased with all aspects of the service which was transmission oil change. Frankly, more personable & better prices than Larry Miller Toyota Murray. I would recommend Bountiful Toyota to anyone! Thank you!

I purchased a F-150 from Toyota Bountiful 4 months ago. It had 90,000 miles and I am a Road warrior for work so I put a little more than 15,000 miles on the truck. I’ve already had to replace the battery, two lug nuts and all of the spark plugs. Most of this is pretty standard at 100,000 miles but the thing that bugs me is that when the check engine light came on I brought it back to them for diagnostics. They checked the cylinders but it kept tripping the sensors. They told me the plugs and connectors looked fine so they needed to do a compression test.($260) I was hesitant but they said it was the only way to figure out what was wrong. (I called the insurance company to make sure they would cover the test) they said if it was a problem with the cylinder head they would. But the test came back fine. Then they recommended to change all of the plugs and connectors(that they said they checked) I feel like we should have changed all the plugs and connectors before we did the $260 compression test. They were professional and courteous but I feel like the test was premature. I would still recommend Toyota Bountiful and perhaps it’s on me to purchase a high mileage vehicle and not assume I would have to pay for the routine maintenance and diagnostic. In the end they gave me a free oil change.

Buying from Toyota Bountiful has been by far, the best experience I have ever had. They truly treat you like family, and are true to their word. I appreciated their transparency of the purchasing process, as well as them going above and beyond to make sure I was safe and happy with my purchases. Buying vehicles can be intimidating at times, but not at Toyota Bountiful. The general manager KC Waterbury is a stellar guy. His leadership definitely shines among his staff. They are kind, professional, and will answer any questions you may have. If your looking for quality, go to Toyota Bountiful.

Having an awesome experience buying his Toyota Corolla last year, my husband wanted to buy our second vehicle at Toyota Bountiful. He contacted Nick Campbell, and told him what we were looking for in our next vehicle. Nick was right on it and found 3 options. He made sure all our questions were answered and paperwork dealt with swiftly and efficiently. I highly him to anyone looking for their first, second or whatever vehicle! His non high pressure selling skill set was impressive. He really is a huge asset to this company.
