Yesterday I stopped into Performance Honda. I was greeted by Bradley. He was quite knowledgeable and quite happy to answer my questions. In fact, his happy, sense of humor and kind attitude is really what sealed the deal for me. I love my new Passport. I got a great deal, and opted for the lifetime power train warranty. The free car washes for life was a nice touch as well. Honda cars kind of sale themselves, but Bradley made the whole experience fast and fun. This is our third Honda and I will now ask for Bradley every time in the future. Scott

Great sales group at Performance Honda in Bountiful Utah, nice and great people to work. This was my first time buying a brand new car and the process went smooth and fun. I walked out the door knowing I got taken care of, they truly care about their customers I will be going back in the future.

I had a previous bad sales experience at this dealership - but this time I had a bad recall experience. I received a recall notice for my Honda and it's airbags. I understand recalls happen - and from the notice it seems Honda tries to make the recall process easy. In reality this dealership doesn't make the effort. They mention in the letter a free loaner vehicle will be available to you. When I scheduled my service I asked about this - they said they wouldn't commit to having one. Without being able to commit - I couldn't make plans around it. I asked the day I went into for my service appointment - and they still didn't have a loaner. It was a mid week appointment - and I was the first customer of the day. It seem like the plan is to never have loaner vehicles. My guess is that the focus is not on retention of customers or good service - but selling new vehicles. It seems short sighted, being as I am in the market for a new vehicle - I know what the service will be like if I get a Honda from performance Honda. I am probably going to look elsewhere.

Willey Honda was amazing! I spent about 2 hours at LHM Honda in Murray and they wouldn't take no for an answer. It was a horrible experience. The people at Willey are beyond friendly and very helpful! They didn't push me into buying anything! They wanted to find me the right car. I think one of the reasons is that they don't pay their sales people on commission. The process was easy and I walked away with a beautiful 2012 black Accord. Best experience ever! Thanks Willey!!

The cars the offer are the same as any other Honda dealership in town, the prices are reasonable. The way they handle customers is terrible. During the process of buying the car I specifically called out that I did not want my credit pulled. They did it anyway (I have since frozen my credit to prevent this kind of thing in the future). I contacted the salesperson, finance person, and general manager and either got the run around or just no response at all other than "call the credit bureaus to dispute it." The bureaus told me I needed a letter indicating the pull was a mistake or they couldn't do anything. All I am getting is crickets in response from the Performance Honda people after repeated contact. They tried to charge me for previously installed door edge and handle protection, which is falling off after two months. To their credit, when I asked what the item was on the invoice they removed the charge. In addition, I had to call two days before my paper tag was to expire to find out of my plates had arrived. I am still not sure why they didn't bother with a text or call to let me know it was in. Finally, in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, signs on the doors and all over the showroom had listed that masks were mandatory and almost none of the employees were wearing masks. The finance guy put on his when I stepped into his area, which I appreciated. I am disgusted by the lack of care Performance Honda Bountiful has for customers health, employees health, and public health. I am also disappointed by their lack of care and empathy for problems they have created and have the ability to solve. I do like the car I purchased and feel I got a reasonable price on it without a lot of hassle, but based on the other experiences I had with them I will look elsewhere for a car in the future, even if the price is higher.
