Such a horrible place. Please don't send your love one here. The administrative do not answer the phone lines and if they do you might get hung up on. If you have concerns or questions, it will be difficult to speak with someone at this place. The facility is filthy. And I didn't feel trust with the staff. And if I had to really rate it would be no stars.

The conditions my father was left in for a day and a half were appalling. If I had any pull, I’d shut this place down in a second. NO ONE deserves to be treated like they are here. If the helpless patients complain, they’re told to shut up.

The worst place I've ever stepped foot in. Horrible social services lady. Horrible staff. I feel very sorry for the residents.

Roaches as a starter, patient care is a no; as in no timely baths, no timely response. One person said she was the financial director, the social worker all in one. Maybe this is how it's done in Oklahoma but I would not ever go there again. You may as well put your loved one in the out house, because that's what it smells like. It is really a disgusting place. Even after I reported them to the state, nothing changed
