Fast...good food...thanks for all u do!! Especially during this pandemic.
I go here occasionally due to slow slow slow service!!! Normally when I place an order through the app and check in it takes less than 5 minutes to get my food, but not at the krebs sonic! It takes them over 10 minutes to bring your food, after the screen says so and so is on the way with your food, but the carhops feel like running to the back of the store is more important than delivering the food waiting on the counter. Then you see about 3-4 four them come to the front turn circles then go to the back again. The carhop tried apologizing and offered a manager but I thought if there was a manager there then they aren’t doing their job either or I wouldn’t have had to call into the store asking for them to bring me my order. Very very very poor service!!! I will be writing to corporate since this isn’t the first time.
Has the best cheeseburgers. Service is really good. Prices are good compared to other locations.
Great location and food. They didnt leave the tomatoes off my order like I asked but it was still good. Nicer than mcalester sonic
