Horrible bank that NO ONE should use. I tried to get information for assuming the ownership of my father's account after he passed, and even with a death certificate and his will, they still refused to give me ownership of his account and instead would only print me a check for the amount of money in his account. So all of his auto-pay bills will now have to be updated to a new account from a BETTER bank. They could have continued to profit off the money in the account and let me have some peace of mind by not having to call up all the companies he had auto-pay with, but they're rude and unintelligent. Thanks to them for being so useless.
