I had the pleasure to work with Amanda Spruce. I just was to say the customer service she exhibited was outstanding! She educated me on the process of my loan, she was kind and her personality was explosive. I wish there was more people who performed on her level in banking! Inside is always very clean. But the drive thru is slow most of the time. We seem to always show up when everyone else needs banking services too! Maybe the reason is because they usually only have one person to work at a time for the drive thru. But they do get busy.

Arvest is a great little Bank, the staff is friendly and helpful, they always have some sort of snacks in there or coffee, usually it's popcorn though. I usually go in there to get money off of my debit card and it's always fast and easy. All in all Arvest is a good little Bank!
