I called when I was having problems with my hot water heater, and they walked me through everything to get it back up and working! Over the phone and with my terrible descriptions the guy was still able to pin point the problem and help me get hot water again! Thank you so much!

Walked into the store to buy bathroom fixtures, toilet, shower stall and vanity and walked around the store for about 15 minutes, never greeted or acknowledged by anyone. I can understand if your busy but to not even acknowledge a customer standing in front of you is just plain rude. I would pay double anywhere else then to give this place one dime of my money.
