Safeway Pharmacy

I noticed the pharmacist with the short haircut has been gone a week or so. So refreshing! I hope this is permanent.

Incredibly rude, unprofessional staff with the eexception of the long, red haired young lady at the front counter. I have witnessed the pharmacists mocking her behind her back and ignoring her when she asks questions per the customers request. The way she is treated and the manner in which these atrociously obnoxious women conduct themselves should be brought to the attention of store management. The redhead should be commended for remaining friendly, courteous and stoic despite obvious workplace bullying.

On days that they offer flu shots... expect waiting for your prescription to be ready about 5 hours... even after being told “It will be ready in 45 minutes”. Waited 5 hours until it was finally ready!

Horrible service, long waits, and two mistakes in two months. The head pharmacist with the short gray hair is particularly unfriendly, along with her underlings. One nice person is the pharmacy clerk who has red hair and does most of the work.

Love the staff!
