I just spent 30 minutes waiting to get a flu shot.nNobody in line, 6 employees behind the counter.nAfter 25 minutes I told them I would leave. Then they produced questionnaire to fill out and I finally got the injection. Lame outfit. Think I will change all of my prescriptions to Rite Aid.

Hands down Vivian is a Rock Star. Anytime there is an issue either with insurance or Dr. she calls to let you know, after she has already begun straightening out the issue. Other places Ive been have been horrible to deal with, from excessive wait times to insurance mishaps, to one guy who actually yelled at me. Since Fricks Drug sold, this is the only place to go, in my opinion.

Hands down Vivian rocks!! Anytime there's a problem regardless of what it is she and her staff all right on top of the issue and the rest of the staff there at Walgreens are very friendly and polite and very professional!!!
