Chicken was dry and probably been sitting on the hotline, okra was black as hell, we had them recook new ones, the lady on the subway side took it upon herself to say everything was fresh, so I told the other gal to give the lady the black okra to eat it and then tell me if they were fresh...The lady also said she was the owner giving me a smirk face like I did not know what I was talking about. I did speak the an assistant operation Mgr who apologize and the went into the office behind the cashiers... I then went back to our table to learn that they had not drop the chicken in the fryer and we had to wait for another 13 mins...Stephanie was amazing in helping improve our experience with great customer service, she deserves a raise in my opinion which is why I gave a three star instead a one especially dealing with Jennifer....
Why cant I have gizzards I order them I expect them iam tired of excuses as to why I cant enough is enough
