The owner and staff were kind and welcoming. This was a brand new experience for me and I was a bit nervous. It took me about half the time to relax and just enjoy. Next time will be much quicker to relax completely. I highly reccomend this lovely business.

Was my first time floating ever. I called and asked questions. Great answers as well as patience. Once there, staff member walked me through the room showed me where everything was, gave me options on how to use the room pod open, closed, music on or off,. Overall I would do it again in a heartbeat. I am am probably going to hand out gift cards to friends!!

My husband and I have used these tanks once a week for the past month. A heavenly experience. We both use earplugs (they provide them as well). Keep a hand towel nearby in case you accidentally splash water into your eyes (they have a spray water bottle in the tank), and if you want to listen to music, make sure your connected before you strip down. They also have a float ring to place your head on. Nice touch. The staff are polite and wonderful! All of them! Float and forget about your worries for 55 minutes. Peaceful...

Loved the float experience. I wasn't able to fall asleep which I really hoped to do but my mind wasnt running like it always does. Very clean. Great experience. A hot cup of tea to go afterwards.
